When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders within 5 business days. Some products have a longer delivery time. If the product has a longer delivery time, we are still awaiting delivery. We will indicate this in the product description. We will then ship the order as soon as ENDOTECH receives the product.

Can I pay with iDEAL?

Yes, in-stock products can be paid for with iDEAL. Unfortunately, pre-orders cannot be paid for with iDEAL. If there's no suitable payment method for you, please contact us via the contact form and we'll explore the options together.

Can I replace parts of the equipment?

Several products on our website have replaceable parts. All replaceable parts can be ordered from Endotech. Contact us via the contact form for more information and pricing.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, we ship orders over €100.00 for free. For orders under €100.00, Endotech charges €6.95 for shipping.

Is ENDOTECH equipment safe?

ENDOTECH sells only CE-certified products. This means that all products meet legal requirements and are approved for the European market.

When is the next endodontics workshop?

Endotech organizes endodontic workshops in collaboration with Miguel R. Martins. When the next workshop date is known, we will announce it on the workshop page.
